   new endorsements on the horizon!

   I would like to publicly thank several companies that I am starting to work with.

   Babicz Guitars — these are gonna be my WORKHORSES down in Key West.

   LINE 6 — they are a company who I have used their stuff for over a decade, and I will be starting to use the new M9 soon.

   DiMarzio Pickups — been using them for THIRTY YEARS, and I am very happy to have them onboard!

   LAVA Cable — my favorite cables, and they have released a “Bobby D Signature Model” purple coily cable. TOO COOL.

   the arrival of the BJFE Candy Apple Fuzz

   ah…….a new fuzz pedal is always a good week!

   I had a BJFe Candy apple before, #084, and it is now in a happy home in Canada surrounded by many other rare fuzzes by someone who loves it.

   Alas, I lamented the dearly departed CAF. So I jumped at the chance to get one back.

   This is a much newer version, #114. EVERY fuzz pedal is like a snowflake, due to the inconsistency of the parts used to make them. And this particular one REALLY has a great sound to my ears.

   

   I love this fuzz very much!

   Here’s a quick demo of what it sounds like at a gig, i was jamming a Meters tune with the Funkabilly Playboys, and the FUZZ comes on about 3 minutes into the tune.
